The Gauntlets weapon has established itself as a formidable force in Throne And Liberty. Now the development team is turning to the community to shape its future with a new cosmetic design contest.
Contest Overview
The official Gauntlet Design Contest invites players to create an original cosmetic design for the weapon. The winning entry will be added to the game as an official item, complete with the creator's name on the tooltip. The competition runs from August 20 through September 3 at 10:00 AM PT.
How to Participate
Participants must download the official Gauntlets template and create an original design. Submissions require a creative name and a brief 1-2 sentence description. Each player may submit only one entry.
Design Guidelines
- The core outline and shape of the Gauntlets must remain unchanged
- Colors, textures, and surface materials can be freely modified
- Decorative elements must stay attached to a single section and avoid crossing into moving parts or joints
- AI-generated artwork is prohibited
- Entries must be original work created by the participant
Judging and Voting
The Community Team and Development Team will review all eligible submissions and select the Top 10 Finalists based on creativity, originality, and production feasibility. Community voting will then take place from September 8 through September 11 in the official Discord server.
Prizes
The Grand Prize Winner receives their design added to the game, an Archboss Weapon Selection Chest, and a 6,000 Lucent Pack. Nine Honorable Mentions will each receive a 2,875 Lucent Pack. All Top 10 Finalists earn the Gauntlet Visionary Discord Role for 60 days.
Submission Requirements
Entries must not contain offensive, hateful, explicit, or inappropriate content. The Community Team reserves the right to remove submissions that violate contest rules or the spirit of the event. Players should review the full design restrictions carefully before submitting to ensure eligibility.
