Seasonal Event and Server Changes

The Haunted Harvest event returns to Throne And Liberty from October 23 through November 13, bringing seasonal rewards, decorations, and the Haunted Labyrinth dungeon. European server regions will experience Daylight Savings Time adjustments three days earlier than real-world changes, shifting all reset times one hour earlier while maintaining 08:00 UTC as the fixed reference point.

Character and Server Management

Following maintenance completion, character transfers from servers added with update 3.0.0 to Legacy servers become available, though transfers between new servers are no longer permitted. The update introduces significant quality-of-life improvements including enhanced UI elements, inventory search functionality, and improved material display systems.

Combat and Class Adjustments

Multiple class skills receive substantial rebalancing with numerous PvE damage increases across warrior, archer, and mage specializations. Nimble Leap's Immune specialization now features a 3-second cooldown, while several weapon mastery effects see numerical reductions. The update addresses various animation and display issues affecting combat clarity.

Equipment and Progression Updates

Tier 3 armor options expand with additions to the Manticus Equipment Selection Chest. Epic Tier 3 set effects now interact with Buff Duration stats, and several set bonuses receive complete overhauls. New Ascended Arch Bosses join the roster while existing bosses receive health increases. Crafting systems expand with nine new Epic tier 3 Ascended Archboss weapon recipes and conversion options for previously extracted Skill Cores.

PvP and Guild Enhancements

Battlegrounds receive base protection mechanics that provide defensive buffs in friendly territory and vulnerability penalties in enemy bases. AFK player indicators improve match quality, and guild systems expand with new contract types, merchant inventory, and storage management improvements. Housing systems see multiple interface upgrades including enhanced filtering, search functionality, and placement preview options.

Bug Fixes and Localization

The patch resolves numerous technical issues affecting party selection, furniture placement, gliding mechanics, and dungeon mob behavior. Localization improvements address text display problems in multiple languages, while achievement and skill description clarifications provide better player guidance. Controller functionality receives multiple fixes for matchmaking and interface navigation.
