The development team for Lost Ark has released a June update outlining key changes ahead of the July patch. Several events will conclude earlier than expected to make room for a server merge scheduled for August.
The Kazeros Challenge Express, Twilight Exchange Shop, and Mokoko Bootcamp events will now end on August 19, rather than the original September 16 date. Players still working through these events should complete them before maintenance on that date. New support events, including Base Camp, will arrive in September.
A server merge is planned for August, consolidating worlds within each region rather than merging entire regions. The goal is to increase player population density in open-world content such as Field Bosses, Chaos Gates, and general channel activity. Specific details on timing and affected servers will be shared closer to the date.
The July update will introduce Serca Matchmaking Mode and Solo Mode for Act 4 and Denouement. The team is monitoring player feedback on these features and plans to expand accessible options based on community input.
Data from Horizon Cathedral is being reviewed, including difficulty, disconnect handling, and reward structure. No specific announcements have been made yet, but the feedback is being tracked.
Several quality-of-life improvements are coming with the July update:
- Ark Grid Astrogem Auto Equip: A new auto equip function for Astrogems.
- Card Set Auto Equip: Automatically equips the card set matching the required Elemental Attribute for each raid.
- Recommended Skill for Ark Grid: The recommended skill system now includes Ark Grid configurations.
Submissions for the 2026 Community Emote Design Competition are open until July 6, with voting starting July 8. Entries can be submitted via the #2026-emote-contest-entries channel on Discord.
The July update, titled "Summer of Extremes," is scheduled for release on July 15.
